Our brand new podcast series is going to set around the 5 Favourite things you enjoy, for example Conors choices include, FISHING FOOTBALL FIGHTING FOOD FAMILY. Therefore the first few chats would revolve around these particular subjects but I personally cant stand football so my 5 favourites may be different. So the content will evolve as we move forwards. Our combined background in the martial arts world has given us contacts from all over the place, in as many styles and systems as you can imagine, so for the martial arts lovers we will be talking to some of the best in the business. We will do podcast from my boat for the fishing and sailing lovers. I will be explaining how I bought a wreck and restored it back to its former glory then went sailing on her. we will have car and mechanical type conversations lined up as well military personnel. in short if you have a story we want to talk to you in any lifetime experience

We breakout the angle grinder and start trimming the Bodywork to fit the Chassis.
Nothing on this car is going fit like a standard kit car.
We have to make everything fit and adapt to over come.

We have got the chassis and body kit home and in A makeshift workshop.
We will be talking about it's progress as the build moves forward.
I'm planning on using a 4Ltr V8 and 5 speed box

Gavin is a 6th Dan black belt and head of,
SHO GO RYU KARATE.
He is also the head of training for the Professional Bodyguard Association. (PBA)
with his extensive training and work history he has gained friends from all corners of the planet.
Gav is a self confessed Spanner Twirler.
Owner of restored Ocean going yacht, he bought as a smashed wreck and driver of 175MPH supercar he built from a kit.
he is a good communicator and motivator.
